  • Payment details : card/payment information (processed by our payment processor), transaction confirmations.

  • Account Details  (if you create one): username, password, preferences.

  • Order and activity : items viewed, cart/wishlist, purchases/returns/exchanges, support messages.

  • Device and use : IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, interactions (via cookies and similar technologies).

  • Directly from you  (checkout, account, support).

  • Automatically  (cookies, pixels and similar technologies).

  • From service providers  (e.g. payments, shipping, analytics) that act on our behalf.

3) How we use it

  • Orders and operations : payment processing, fulfillment/shipping, returns management, providing support.

  • Account and experience : manage your account, remember your preferences, improve the Services, show you relevant products.

  • Marketing : send emails/SMS (if you consent) and display advertisements on the site/online where permitted.

  • Security and compliance : prevent fraud/abuse, protect the Services, comply with the law, enforce our terms.

  • Service providers  (e-commerce platform/Shopify, payment processors, carriers, IT/hosting, analytics, customer support) solely to operate the Services.

  • Marketing/Advertising Partners  (where permitted by law and your choices).

  • Authorities or other subjects  when required by law, to protect the rights/safety of others, or in a business transaction (e.g., a merger).

We use cookies and similar tools to operate the site, remember preferences, improve performance, and measure/serve advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking certain cookies may impair the site's functionality.

6) Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for minors under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us to delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. No method is 100% secure. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above and to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

  • Marketing Email/SMS : You can unsubscribe using the link or instructions in our messages. We may still send you transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations).

9) Your privacy rights in your state (USA)

Depending on the state you are in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah ), you may have the right to: 

  • Know/Access  to the categories and/or specific personal information we have collected about you.

  • Eliminate  certain personal information.

  • Correct  inaccurate personal information.

  • Opt-out  from processing for targeted advertising and from “selling” or “sharing” as defined by applicable law.

  • Non-discrimination  in exercising your rights.

California-specific notes :

  • We respect the signals of the Global Privacy Control (GPC) for applicable browsers/devices as an opt-out option from “sale”/”sharing” where required.  

  • If we were to offer financial incentives related to data (currently we don't do it ), we will disclose them and ask for explicit consent. 

How to exercise your rights : send an email to info@auratekno.com with the wording "Privacy Request" and specify which right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity and respond within the legal timeframe. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by your state; we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.  

Do not track : We do not currently respond to browser "DNT" signals, but we respect GPC when requested.  

10) Shopify (our e-commerce platform)

Our shop uses Shopify , which processes certain personal information to operate our Services (hosting, checkout, analytics, fraud prevention, etc.). For more details on Shopify's practices and choices, see Shopify's Privacy Policy And Shopify's Privacy Portal .    

11) Place of processing

We operate in Italy . Our service providers may process data in the United States and other locations. We do not rely on EU/UK transfer mechanisms for a U.S.-only service.

12) Changes to this Policy

If we update this Policy, we will post the new version here and update the “Last Updated” date.
