Customers can choose to buy worry-free delivery during checkout to protect their packages from loss, delays, damage and theft (porch piracy). Complaints procedure.
This service is optional and protects your order in case of:
- loss
- damage
- theft
- delays in delivery
Once the request is approved, the refund will be made according to the terms of service.
1.Before finalizing the payment, You can optionally select shipping insurance directly on the cart page. (via the appropriate flag)
2. In case of problems with shipping, customers they can file a complaint through the Shipping Protection Resolution Center , accessible via the e-mail received after purchasing Worry-Free Delivery or via the ParcelPanel order tracking page.
3. Customers they filed a complaint through the complaints portal and the complaint was approved, can request a refund.
4. The refund will be directly accredited on the payment method indicated by the customer, ensuring the customer a hassle-free resolution.

Worry-Free Delivery is a service provided by Seel It protects against loss, delays, damage, and theft during shipping. Coverage details include:
