Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition
  • All original labels, tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • AURA TEKNO , Golf simulators, hitting mats and strips, impact screens, Roxor Golf products, simulator control boxes, and simulator floors that have been removed from the original packaging or show signs of use
  • Items on sale or clearance, as indicated at the time of purchase
  • Personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items (if applicable)

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo, if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect

You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.

All returned items must be adequately packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

Refund procedure

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team with your request. You'll need to return the original item first, and once we receive it, we'll send you the new item you requested.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting our support team. Once your order ships, follow the return procedure described above.

Restocking Commission

We do not charge any restocking fees on orders or products, allowing you to return items without incurring additional costs. 

For all returns, we recommend using a traceable shipping method, such as USPS.

Legal rights

This Returns and Refunds Policy does not override any legal rights you may have under applicable Italian consumer protection laws.
